At MyaLova, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
🔄 Return Conditions
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- Free of any odors, stains, or signs of use
❌ Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked as "final sale"
📦 How to initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@myalova.com, including:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item if it is defective
We will respond within 24 to 48 hours (business days) with return instructions.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or color? Contact us at info@myalova.com and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to stock availability.
📬 Defective or Incorrect Items
If you have received a defective item or an item different from your order, contact us immediately with photos. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct item at no additional cost.
