These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between MyaLova and any customer making a purchase on our online store.

📌 2. Products

The products offered for sale are those displayed in our store at the time of ordering. We strive to present our products as accurately as possible (photos, descriptions, sizes). However, slight color variations may exist depending on your screen.

📌 3. Pricing

Prices are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

📌 4. Orders

Any order placed on our store constitutes a sales contract. You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during your purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

📌 5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secure.

📌 6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times are then 7 to 15 business days depending on your region. A tracking number will be provided via email once shipped. Shipping costs are indicated at checkout.

📌 7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. To do so, please contact us at info@myalova.com before this period expires.

📌 8. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please see our Return and Exchange Policy for more details.

📌 9. Liability

MyaLova cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

📌 11. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first at info@myalova.com to reach an amicable solution. In the absence of an agreement, the competent courts will be those of the location of MyaLova’s registered office.

We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect at the time of the order.
